Payments are due within 3 working days (Prepayment or PayPal) after receipt of the order. Please note that transfers can take up to 2 working days to be displayed to us.
If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment.
Our products are only shipped insured or with a tracking number.
All of the products we offer are sent in a package or in a bubble envelope so that they are safe for transport and kink. Individual cards are sent kink-proof in protective film and toploader. Any gaps in the packing of parcel or bubble envelopes are filled with appropriate filling or cushioning materials. We not only use new cardboard packaging, but also recycle existing packaging materials - for the sake of the environment.
Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer. The shipping costs for the respective delivery country can be seen in the table or on the Post's website.
