Refund Policy
Refunds for orders that have not been carried out will be issued immediately after the purchase contract has been terminated or, at the customer's request, to the customer's original payment method.
Refunds for orders that have already been handed over to the customer will only be made after receipt of the returned goods and inspection of these goods. If the goods are in poor condition, a possible refund must first be checked. The inspection of the goods and the reimbursement can take up to 14 working days.
